e-Samwad: Keeping Parents in the Loop
e-Samwad is a free Android application developed by Samagra Shiksha Himachal Pradesh for Education & Reference purposes. It is a flagship program of the Department of Education, Himachal Pradesh, designed to involve parents in their child's education by providing them with regular updates on their child's progress.
The app sends parents regular SMS updates on their child's attendance, exam dates and scores, holidays, homework completion, and parent-teacher meetings. It also serves as a tool for assessment data collection for the state. With e-Samwad, parents can stay informed about their child's school activities and progress in real-time, making it easier for them to support and encourage their child's learning journey.
